We are women-owned and operated - currently all our products are made by owner Katharine Vigmostad and our Production Manager, Kelsey Hallen.

Every bite of ice cream you enjoy is made with organic, grass-fed dairy we source from local farms that are within 40 miles of our kitchen.
Radiance Dairy is located in our hometown of Fairfield, IA where we also operate and they have the happiest jersey cows and make the best milk we've ever had.
It's these happy cows and amazing farmers that make SCREAM ice cream extra special and stand apart from any other ice cream available.
